Willed Body Program

Are you interested in donating your body to Baylor College of Dentistry?   Donating your body for the training of future health care providers is one of the most generous gifts one can make.  The Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas has a willed body program that enables individuals to donate their bodies at the time of death to be used for the education of future dentists, dental hygienists and dental scientists.

It is a simple process to participate in this program.  The forms and instructions for body donation are available by clicking on the links below.  After opening the link to the appropriate form, you will need to print a copy of it, fill it out, and return it by mail according to the instructions at the link below.

  • If you wish to donate your body, you will complete the "Donation of Body for Medical/Dental Science" form.
